Southwest Florida Beaches
This popular destination boats one of the most pristine stretches of beaches in the world. Although rustic, this beach has all the amenities needed for a beach wedding such as parking, restrooms, gorgeous wood walkway through the mangroves and trees and even a covered are you can rent as a back-up in the case of bad weather. No permit is required but reservations are needed.
Lowdermilk Park is one of Naples' premier beachfront parks. Our park has parking spaces, a concession stand, sand volleyball courts, two children's playgrounds, picnic tables, benches, restroom and shower facilities, and two gazebos for rent. Permit is required here and needs to be applied for atleast 30 days prior to your wedding day for use of the gazebo's.
The beach end at Eighth Avenue South often called the Wedding Beach or Wedding Park, has always been a popular location for a wedding. Reconstruction of the park several years ago took this into account, and the park was designed with space for seating, lush, picturesque landscaping and the appropriate backdrop of sand, sky and setting sun (at least if the sun is setting at the time of your wedding).
What this location does not have is parking. Parking is available at adjoining beach ends but cannot be reserved, so many wedding parties will shuttle guests in from other locations, such as the City Pier lot at 12th Avenue South, Third Street Parking areas or the city's parking garages on 8th Street South.
A permit is required for this location.
Marco Island Beach Wedding Locations
Marco Island is the largest and only developed land in Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. This Gulf Coast retreat offers luxury resorts, beautiful beaches and unspoiled parks. The tropical climate of Marco Island is a considerable attraction to the area, with the water being the next major attraction giving your wedding that laid back island vibe. We can set up your beach ceremony at a public beach or a private resort on Marco Island.
Locations in Marco Island do require a permit application to be filed to hold your wedding ceremony on the beach however they are easily obtained
South Marco Island Beach Access is one of two public beach access points on Marco Island – and the less busy of the two. This location is perfect for your elopement, vow renewal, pop-up wedding or micro wedding as there is plenty of parking and a wide beach. There is a long brick paved walk way lined with palm trees that deliver you to the beach making for stunning photos. A permit is required for this location. You must remit the application to Collier county yourself, per their requirements.
This location is best for the smaller elopements. It is about a 15 minute walk from the parking lot to the shoreline. This location is not a good fit if you have elderly in your group or infants but it can be quite romantic for an elopement or intimate celebration of 2-6. If you have decor in your package, we do charge an extra fee of $200 for this location because of the distance.
Ft. Myers Beach Wedding Locations
Known as one of the worlds safest beaches, it delights it's thousands of yearly visitors with it's sugary sand and gentle slopes. Planning your beach wedding in Ft Myers Beach has never been easier. With close access to Fort Myers RSW airport, you can arrive in your oasis within 30 minutes of landing. Fort Myers Beach offers several locations that will create a picture perfect beach wedding ceremony as well as dozens of local accommodations all with in walking distance of dining, shopping and spa's.
Bowditch Point Regional Park is 17-acres that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. It is actually a dual-use facility in which approximately seven acres are a developed park for passive recreational use and the remaining 10-acres are a restoration/preserve area. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs. The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. No permit required
This location is good for smaller beach weddings 10 people or less. Located mid island you have quick access to the excitement of Ft Myers Beach and the leisure of Bonita Springs and there are facilities here for public use.
Sanibel Island & Captiva Beach Wedding

Sanibel does require a permit application to be filed to hold your ceremony on the beach however they are very easy to obtain.

Alison Hagerup Beach is the perfect backdrop to your beach wedding. Most days at dusk you will see a family of dolphins playing right by the shoreline. There are no permanent restroom facilities here and limited parking so we advice you and your guests to arrive early. No permit is required but reservations are needed.
One of our favorite beaches on Sanibel Island because it offers adequate parking, facilities and a gorgeous entrance to the beach! There is a permit required to use this beach and all beaches in Sanibel Island.
This location is good for small to large beach weddings as there is a large parking lot, restrooms and more. Parking is hourly and can be paid at machines in the parking lot. Bowman's Beach offers some of the Sanibel's best shelling, and some of the island's most remote beach space. There is a quarter mile or so walk from the parking lot to the beach, in which you'll cross a wooden bridge over freshwater.
Permit is required here and needs to be applied for at least 30 days prior to your wedding day. If you plan to stay in Ft Myers and travel to Bowman's Beach for your ceremony be sure to give yourself 45 minutes or more for travel time.
On your wedding day guests should park and head to the beach site. Bridal party should stage on the boardwalk just before the entrance to the beach. It is about a quarter mile walk to the beach entrance.
